You built the app.
I'll get it launched — and keep it alive.
App Store submission, Stripe, production deploy, and ongoing maintenance for founders who built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, or Claude Code. One senior engineer, personally accountable.
- Carrier-scale mobile releases
- Everything on your accounts
- Fixed quotes, no hourly billing
- Signing & certificates
- Privacy labels
- Stripe webhooks (live)
- Backups verified

AI got you 90% of the way. Sound familiar?
The prototype works. Shipping it as a real business is a different job — and it's exactly where the AI stops helping.
The App Store is a maze.
Certificates, provisioning, privacy labels, TestFlight — and a human reviewer who rejects apps for reasons no AI can predict.
Payments are scary to get wrong.
Stripe works in test mode. Then come webhooks, live keys, fraud settings — and one mistake gets your account frozen the week you launch.
"Deploy to production" means twelve decisions you don't want to make.
Domains, SSL, staging, backups, monitoring. Your prototype runs on your laptop. Your business can't.
And then it never ends.
Dependencies break. Apple changes the rules. Something goes down at night. The AI that wrote your code won't be the one answering for it.
No AI will ever be accountable for your app. I will.
Request a Launch AuditFrom working prototype to live, paying product.
A fixed-price, two-week engagement — with your name on every account and mine on the result.
Launch Audit — a straight answer first
I review your codebase and tell you exactly what will get you rejected, what will get you hacked, and what it takes to fix — with a fixed quote for the whole launch. If I think Apple will reject your app on policy grounds, I tell you before you commit to anything.
Fix & harden — week 1
Security basics, broken webhooks, production config. Not a rewrite — exactly what's needed to ship safely.
Launch — week 2
Store submission with all assets and privacy forms, Stripe live, production infrastructure on your accounts, monitoring and analytics armed. I handle reviewer rejections until you're approved.
Handoff — the Launch Dossier
A document with everything that was done, a map of every account and access, and a plain-English runbook. You own it all.

Who this is for.
A great fit if:
- You have a working prototype built with AI tools
- You have paying users, real demand, or a real budget — this is for launching a business, not testing an idea
- You want one accountable person, not a ticket queue at an agency
Not a fit if:
- You're still figuring out what to build — validate first, it's cheaper
- You want the cheapest possible option — offshore cleanup shops exist, and that's a different product
Alvaro Molina
I'm a software architect with 20 years of experience shipping and operating production systems.
I was tech lead and product owner of a telecom carrier's consumer mobile app and wallet, where I took release cycles from weekly to daily and led a 16-engineer team. I've built payment integrations across Stripe and LATAM processors, and I ship my own products through the same app store process you're facing.
I've spent my career being the person who answers when production breaks. Now I do it for founders who built something real — and want it to stay that way.

FAQ
How much does it cost?
Every launch gets a fixed quote after the audit — one number for the whole engagement, no hourly billing. The audit itself is where I earn your trust: you get a straight written answer about your app's real state before committing to anything.
What if Apple rejects my app?
Handling rejections is included — I revise and resubmit until you're approved. The one exception is policy-level rejections (Apple deciding your app category isn't allowed), which is exactly what the audit screens for before you commit.
Do you rewrite my code?
No. I fix what's needed to launch safely, and tell you honestly if a deeper refactor is worth it — that's a separate, separately-quoted engagement. Most apps don't need one to launch.
Who owns everything?
You do. Every account — Apple, Google, Stripe, hosting — is created in your name. I work as an administrator you can remove at any time.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from audit approval to store submission. Apple's review typically adds a few days to a couple of weeks — that part is theirs, not mine, and I'll set expectations honestly.
Can you also maintain it?
That's the Care Plan — monitoring, updates, compliance, and a human who answers. Most launch clients move onto it; none are required to.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — yours or mine.
You did the hard part. Don't let the boring part kill it.
